Dynamic Governance, also known as Sociocracy, (having nothing to do with socialism) is a cutting edge system of running organizations that uses systems and chaos theories. I've explored sociocracy for several years now and took a training with John Buck in Atlanta and find it to be perhaps THE governance structure of choice in intentional communities and in organizations. Feel free to contact me for further personal commentary, it it means you might be swayed to taking this course. He's from Mass and this is his 1st time here - do go to one of the public lectures at least, if you are involved in a community (or plan to be)!
