JAN. State of Grace Document 2-Day WEEKEND Workshop in Asheville, NC Area

There is a new tool used to build, sustain and transition relationships with honor and grace and it is called the State of Grace Document.

It takes into consideration each individual involved in the relationship, their personal preferences, their expectations as well as the nature of the relationship, be it between colleagues, employee and manager, partners, husband and wife, families, landlord and tenant, client and supplier, schools, friends, or any other relationship situation that exists.

Join creators Maureen K. McCarthy and Zelle Nelson of Engaging the Soul @ Work to explore these concepts and create your own State of Grace Documents.

The State of Grace Document:
• serves as a conflict resolution tool
• helps each individual to be truly “seen” by others
• creates conversations that matter
• sets a foundation and ultimate goal of peace rather than keeping the relationship status quo
• advantageous for both business and personal relationships
• instills mutual respect and responsibility
• moves you through tough times faster and more gracefully
