Event Description
This 6-week class investigates the principles and applications of the Alexander Technique in daily life. Participants will learn tools for self-care, gain ease in activity, and explore a poised response to stress. $175 tuition includes 3 half-hour private lessons, one with each certified teacher (Erik Bendix, M.AmSAT; Michele Drivon, M.AmSAT; and Kenneth Fischer, M.AmSAT). Class meets Mondays, Oct. 12-Nov. 16, 7-8:30pm.
